System Requirements

 

Please check the following system requirements to ensure your setup is able to run the application.

  • Cable modem, DSL, or T1 connection is recommended

 

 

Display

 

  • 1024x768 pixel resolution or greater.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cookies

 

  • Your browser must be set to accept cookies.

 

  • Configuring your browser to accept cookies

     

    1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

    2. Click the Privacy tab.

     

     

     

    1. Select Medium or lower in Settings. Users wishing to select higher privacy settings should add the application's URL to Trusted Sites to override cookie handling.

     

     

     

    1. Click on OK to exit.

     

 

 

Temporary Internet Files (Cache)

 

  • Temporary Internet Files, or Cache, should be set to look for new versions of stored pages every visit to the page. This will allow you to view all data immediately after entry.

    Configuring your browser to view temporary Internet files correctly

     

    1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

    2. Click the Settings button.

     

     

     

    1. For newer versions of stored pages, choose Every visit to the page. Then, click OK.

     

     

     

    1. Click on OK to exit.

     

 

 

Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer

 

  • The application's URL should be added as a trusted site in Internet Explorer's security settings.

 

 Configuring your browser for Trusted Sites

 

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

  2. Click on the Security tab.

 

 

 

  1. Select Trusted Sites and click the Sites button.

 

 

 

  1. Uncheck the box that says "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".

 

 

 

  1. Add the application's URL with an http protocol and an https protocol.

 

 

 

  1. Click OK to close Trusted Sites and OK again to close the Internet Options window.

Note: Demonstration videos in Windows Media format require a specific codec to play properly. Windows Media Player will automatically download this codec. Note: You must have administrative privileges on the computer to complete the download.

Adobe Acrobat

  • Includes Reference Material in Adobe PDF format. PDF files can be viewed by using Adobe® Reader® .

  • If your organization would like to create PDF files, Adobe Acrobat can be purchased and downloaded at www.adobe.com.

 

Microsoft Visio

  • Documents in Microsoft Visio format can be viewed using the Visio Viewer available from Microsoft.

  • The application uses Microsoft Visio to create and edit procedure flowcharts and diagrams. Visio must be installed on your computer to create and edit Visio format documents. Visit www.microsoft.com/office/visio for more information.
